To start this blog off right I'm opening with a couple of videos that have struck my fancy over the course of the summer. Enjoy!
PiKAPiKA THE MOVIE ～GO! GO! PiKAPiKA!!～
I love this. The song, and the video. I really want to try this light stuff sometime! But I guess you have to have a camera that's really slow, because it's done by moving the light you're holding as you take the photo or shoot the video and stuff... I dunno. It'd still be really awesome to make a movie like this.
Lollipop - Mika
I liked the style of this video, especially the foxes and the speech bubbles. The colours are nice, too. :D I dunno, it's just addicting. I wish I had a higher quality version.
ドナルコ行進曲 (ドナルド×トルコ行進曲)
Aside from the Ronald Insanity video...This is the best I've seen. Ever. Also, the title was just what it was on nico/youtube, so... I can't read it due to my poor reading skills. :[ The video itself is kinda the same as almost every other one of these sorts of videos, but man did they do a good job with the song itself. Crap, man!
Björk- Earth Intruders
Okay, it's not just the video for this one. I freakin' love this song but... Wow. I think this video, for some reason, is particularly trippy, even compared to Cocoon.

If I showed Earth Intruders, I had to show this. Kelsey and I were rather obsessed with this, and what she says at the end about the poets lying to you...Yeah. I had to add it. It's really interesting and cute. Not a music video.
